Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time and part-time Instructor in Oklahoma City, OK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructional courses in accordance with FAA training standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Follow prepared lesson plans and ensure stated course objectives are presented.
• Utilize teaching methods such as lectures, lab demonstrations, remedial discussions, and coaching.
• Collaborate with FAA subject matter experts (SMEs) to revise and maintain course materials.
• Conduct student orientation, take roll call, maintain class rosters, and submit final grades.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Engineering or Technology degree from an accredited College or University or vocational certificate.
• Four (4) years of experience in technical or instructional roles related to Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electro-Mechanics Technology, or Information Systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of working or instructing experience in at least one of the designated FAA specialty areas (Radar, Navigation, Communication, Power/Environmental, Weather, Information/Automation Systems).
