Job Title: Human Resources Admin

Job Description:
OneCruit Staffing Ontario is currently seeking a Human Resources Admin in the Rancho Cucamonga area. This position is under consideration for placement as a temp-to-hire or direct hire with a pay rate range of $20 - $25.

Shift: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, flexibility is required, hours subject to change.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for overall office administration activities, including reception, mail, courier services, and filing of records.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including assisting the Human Resources Manager and other department heads.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Communicate with vendors via email and phone, and track temporary agency staff's hours.
  • Perform data entry, basic IT support, and other day-to-day tasks to streamline efficiencies.
  • Reconcile expense reports, ensure accuracy of reports and timesheets, and assure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in planning and organizing Human Resources department operations, including attendance tracking and compiling statistical reports.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics in all interactions with employees, vendors, and visitors.
  • Take initiative in task ownership, problem-solving, and presenting new ideas.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, answer company telephone, and assist other departments as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring purchasing best practices.
  • Assist with event planning and ensure office supply acquisition is cost-effective.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School diploma required, some college or work experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of administrative or receptionist experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and communication/collaboration tools.
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and courteously with constant interruptions.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with GMP guidelines preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, and manual dexterity.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching may be required.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role with regular hours from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, flexibility required.
  • Interaction with employees and management.
  • Overtime may be required throughout the week and/or weekends.
