```Duties:```
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support fundraising and development efforts
- Conduct research to identify potential funding sources and opportunities for growth
- Create and execute marketing strategies to promote the organization's mission and programs
- Utilize software to manage donor database and track fundraising progress
- Collaborate with legal professionals to navigate wills, trusts, and estate law for planned giving initiatives
- Oversee email marketing campaigns to engage donors and supporters
- Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns to meet revenue goals
- Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
- Collaborate with the public relations team to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track donor interactions and manage relationships
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nonprofit management, business administration)
- Proven experience in strategic planning, research, and market analysis
- Proficiency in donor management software
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices
- Strong fundraising skills, including donor cultivation and solicitation techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective donor engagement
- Ability to coordinate and manage fundraising events from planning to execution
- Experience working with public relations teams to enhance organizational visibility
- Proficiency in CRM software for donor relationship management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
