Job Summary/Overview
To provide support and back up to the General Manager with creating, designing, and maintaining websites for the company. This position will offer a wide range of services related to website management such as designing, site maintenance, installing website updates and fixing bugs. They must use content management software to be able to effectively communicate brand awareness. Reporting directly to the General Manager while maintaining communication with all team members of the Marketing Department and related entities.

The Web Marketing Specialist will:
· Effectively work with different content management systems.
· Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
· Develop, maintain, update and continually enhance all websites.
· Incorporate functionalities and features into websites.
· Design, create and maintain electronic forms to be used as a part of websites.
· Research and obtain photographs, artwork, and illustrations for use in marketing and materials.
· Develop and conduct Community Website information sessions
· Assist with small marketing projects/requests.
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of the brand identity and ensure website design aligns with the brand guidelines.
· Testing and improving the design of the website.
· Provide guidance relating to Social Media presence across all relevant platforms.
· Maintain archives of all previous work.
· Assist Newspaper Editor with Development of monthly newspaper as needed.
· Provide back-up with proofreading the monthly OTOW newspaper
· Act as back-up for posting announcements on the Community channel
· Responsible for compliance of company policies and directives.
· Performs other duties as necessary.
