We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques when necessary
- Administer medications and monitor medication schedules
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with communication between healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate records of client care, including daily activities, medications administered, and any changes in condition
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting a positive and nurturing environment
- Ensure adherence to resident rights and maintain confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in senior care or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of assisted living systems and procedures is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- First aid certification is desirable
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
