Director of HR and Payroll Services
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of HR/Payroll Services will work closely with the facility Administrator and department heads to oversee the payroll process and serve as the HR resource for the facility.They coordinate the timely completion of payroll and assistance of developing and implementing effective HR strategy and programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:Bachelor Degree or Technical Degree in HR Management, or related field prefered.
Experience:2-3 years of HR Management. Priorexperienceworkinginalong-termcarefacilityaplus.
Skills,KnowledgeandAbilities:
Abilitytorelatepositively,effectivelyandappropriatelywithresidents,families,communitymembers,volunteersandotherfacilitystaff.Possessspecialinterestin,andapositiveattitudeabout,workingwithlong-termcareresidentsandtheelderly.Abilitytoread,write,speakandunderstandEnglish.Meetsallhealthrequirements,asrequiredbylaw. Demonstratesbasiccomputerknowledgeandabilitywithanaptitudetolearncompanyapplications.
