Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasonal Human Resources Coordinator for the beautiful Interlocken Resort & Spa!

Omni Interlocken Resort & Spa is seeking a seasonal HR Coordinator / Admin to join our outstanding associate services team! This vital role will work closely with the Director of Associate Services to successfully execute all operations relating Human Resources, resulting in high levels of associate satisfaction. This highly motivated individual will provide Generalist and administrative support to the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager. They will support the Human Resource function by providing a warm greeting and environment for all associates.

We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals who love contributing to a winning team. If you have human resources experience in a hotel or resort environment or are a recent graduate with a hospitality or HR degree, we would love to speak with you about this role. This seasonal position will run through the Summer with the potential to evaluate future employment options based on performance and availability.

Salary range for this position (based on experience): $22.00/hour. Omni Interlocken Resort reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race.

Seasonal Associates may be eligible for select health benefits based on number of hours worked.

• Assist with processing of new hire paperwork.
• Enter all associate data into Ultipro (property HRIS system)
• Maintain orderliness of office supplies and equipment.
• Maintain HR logs including training, LMS, audit, etc.
• Create and maintain electronic Associate files.
• Create and update Associate Communications.
• Assist with job fairs and hiring events.
• Answer phones and phone inquiries.
• Type memos and other correspondence.
• Participate in the Hotel New Hire Onboarding & Orientation.
• Ensure internal audit compliance.
• Assist with internal Associate Events, Trainings, and Activities
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

• Relevant Human Resources experience is strongly preferred.
• Human Resources degree is preferred but not required.
• Highly motivated self-starter focused on quality, organization, guest service and teamwork. Friendly, approachable, and reliable with ability to use discretion as needed.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency; specifically with all Microsoft Office and Windows programs. Familiar with using web based programs and electronic filing systems.
• The ability to work in a fast paced high pressure work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments.
• Highly motivated self starter focused on quality, organization, guest service and teamwork.
• Availability includes Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm.
