Omni Aerospace is seeking an experienced Aerospace Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be reporting directly to our Front Office Manager. This is a great opportunity if you want to be a part of a growing organization with a small company feel. This is an in-office position, you must live within a commutable distance from Wichita. We are looking to hire someone quickly, so this opportunity won’t be around long!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works with Scheduler to provide customer support
• Provides customers with daily status and updates on delays and/or issues
• Answers customer questions
• Processes RMA requests
• Conducts revenue and research projects

Requirements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One to three years customer service experience in Aerospace Manufacturing environment preferred
• Microsoft Office Knowledgeable – focus on Excel program
• Working knowledge of an ERM or MRP system
