Consults with medical and professional staff to plan andcoordinate joint patient management objectives. Acts as a case manager forpatients when primary need is for physical therapy. Has contact with patientsunder a variety of circumstances. Is subject to varying and unpredictablesituations and occasionally to irregular hours.
