Position Overview:
The Project Manager/Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of sign manufacturing projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a background in manufacturing or signage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple sign manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address any issues.
- Work closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Source and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide detailed reports to management.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator in manufacturing, signage, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
