  • Evening $2.50/hour
  • Night $3.75/hour

• Premiums:
  • Weekend Premium $2.75/hour
  • Standby Premium $3.50/hour
  • Per Diem Premium 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits)
  • Certification Premium $0.80/hour
