Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. We are Oldcastle and are currently the biggest manufacturer in outdoor patio products. We have a bagging plant located in Memphis Tennesse. We are a large company with growth opportunities.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to established procedures and guidelines
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools, micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate a forklift safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
