Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paver Tumbler Plant Lead to join our team. As the Plant Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. You will also be responsible for implementing continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing production planning.

Duties:
- Lead and supervise a team of production workers in the paver tumbler plant
- Coordinate and prioritize daily production activities
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
- Collaborate with supply chain and production management teams to ensure smooth operations
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement appropriate solutions
- Train and mentor team members on assembly and fabrication techniques
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for process improvement
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
