Job Summary

The Customer Service Rep interacts with our customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services.

In addition, they deal with and help resolve any customer complaint. The Customer Service Representative plays a sensitive role which speaks volumes about the image of our organization.

• Collaborate with the Director of Customer Service to ensure proper implementation of customer service policies and procedures
• Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery
• Review and track customer service complaints and complaint resolution
• Strive to build sustainable trust relationships with clients
• Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information
• Follow up on customers to ensure they are satisfied with received product / service
• Utilize computer systems in maintaining records of customer calls and account information

Requirements

• Combination of education and experience in Customer Service
• In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Current with relevant technology trends and applications
• Very strong communication skills and well versed in interacting with customers using clear and appropriate language skills
• Customer service focus-ability to politely relate with clients
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Time management skills-skilled in handling multiple customer calls within a minimal time frame
• Planning and organizing
• ERP Skilled knowledge
