Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and restocking products
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members
- Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records

Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Previous experience in store management or retail sales
- Proficiency in math for inventory management and financial transactions
- Knowledge of payroll processes and basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to conduct training development for staff members
- Proven track record in recruiting and building successful teams
