Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in facilities maintenance. This role requires leadership abilities and the capacity to supervise maintenance tasks effectively. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment - Conduct repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Fabricate parts when necessary - Supervise maintenance staff and provide guidance as needed - Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations - Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed Skills: - Customer service skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors - Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals - Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs - Proficiency in English for effective communication - Experience in facilities maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems - Welding skills to perform metalwork when required - Leadership qualities to supervise maintenance operations efficiently This position offers the opportunity to showcase your maintenance expertise in a dynamic work environment.
