Who We Are: Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service is an outreach to serve all of greater Oklahoma to help Oklahomans solve local issues and concerns, promote leadership and manage resources wisely. Programs focus on increasing opportunities for agricultural enterprises, natural resources and environmental management, food, nutrition, health and safety education, youth, family and community development. Position Details:
This 1/2 time position (20 hours per week) is located in Stillwater, OK. Provides assistance to Extension specialists in staff development, online learning, and evaluation in their efforts to plan, conduct, and evaluate Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service educational programs.
· Assist with development and/or reviews/edits of online learning modules · Assist with management of mentor/mentee assignments, new employee lists, retiree lists, etc. · Prepare materials for trainings such as creating agendas, making copies, compiling notebooks, etc. · Assist with management of event registration.
· Work with the Office of Communications and Marketing to implement marketing campaigns for online courses · Assist with development and/or reviews/edits of online learning courses · Become proficient in specialized learning technology such as Canvas LMS and Articulate 360 · Add accessibility features to online courses such as alt text and closed captioning · Assist with supporting online learning customers with enrollment and technology issues.
· Assist with compiling IRB applications · Perform basic data cleaning and organization
· Support setup of Extension and faculty Qualtrics accounts via OSU license · Create Qualtrics templates for surveys · Assist with evaluation report creation and distribution · Support organization and workflow for deliverables on grant applications

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Suggested but not specifically required to have one of these degrees: Agricultural Communications, Education, Event Management, Extension Education, Management Information Systems. Would consider other degrees.
