Job Summary: | The Program Manager will oversee externally funded projects focused on family, school, and community resilience projects. This position is located at Oklahoma State University-Tulsa. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work some evenings. |

Position Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science, Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, or related field. Four years of related experience. Must have personal transportation and be willing to conduct work travel within the state of Oklahoma. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as is a strong ability to organize and conceptualize large amounts of information. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Community Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with prior experience working with families, schools, and communities through parent education, school-based prevention, or community health education. Expertise in community-based research is preferred. |
