Job Summary: | Responsible for processing bi-weekly and monthly payroll for faculty and staff to include tracking annual/sick leave. Submits and processes information annually to facilitate the selection process relating to Veterinary Internship & Residency Matching Program. Responsible for human resources functions in the VCS Department to include processing new hire paperwork, completion of EA's, fund changes, scheduling of benefits, and any other duties related to new employee hires. |

Position Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: High School/GED. Three years of related experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience. Preferred Qualifications: High School/GED. Eight years of related experience. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as organization skills. Must be self-motivated and capable of accomplishing tasks with minimal oversight and supervision. Must be capable of interacting successfully with administration, staff and veterinary professionals. Must have MS Office experience. Confidentiality required. |
