Location: 7800 NW 85th Terrace, Oklahoma City, OK 73132

Shift: Full-Time, Days, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

Under direction of the Director of Financial Planning, the Financial Analyst will complete a variety of tasks related to the financial and operational management of the organization. This role will take an active role in evaluating, analyzing, projecting, and communicating financial and operational metrics and analyses to a variety of stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and financial staff. The focus of this role is on maintaining and improving the overall clinical, quality, service, regulatory, and financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will be analytically focused with a desire to grow in knowledge of the healthcare sector and the unique operational and financial environment common to the industry.

  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
  • Analyze financial data and create financial models
  • Report on financial performance through multiple delivery methods (verbal, written, electronic)
  • Analyze historical results, perform variance analysis, and identify trends and outliers
  • Provide recommendations for improvement opportunities
  • Evaluate performance through comparison of projected and actual results, including forecasts and operating budget
  • Aid in the operational and capital budgeting processes
  • Assist in the month, quarter, and year-end closing process ensuring transactions are in accordance with GAAP
  • Perform market research

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar required; MBA/MHA preferred.

Experience: One (1) to three (3) years of experience preferred, health care sector experience desired.

Working Knowledge: Working knowledge of computerized financial systems. Knowledge of Windows, Excel, Access, PowerBI, and other computerized financial analysis tools required. Ability to work independently with minimum of supervision.
