We grow the BEST Strawberries on earth. Vertically farmed, pesticide free, and always in season, Oishii Berries are unlike any strawberry you’ve ever tasted. As an Oishii Brand Ambassador, your job will be to share our Berries with the world!!

As part of our Commercial Team, our Brand Ambassadors are the face of the Oishii brand. In this role, you will engage directly with customers at in-store demos, events and pop-ups, where you'll tell our story and share our delicious strawberries. You’ll also play a critical role in supporting the development of our retail accounts and expanding our local network of brand partners.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Serve as a passionate & knowledgeable ambassador for the Oishii brand - you will be the ‘Face’ of Oishii in your market. 
• Staff a series of regular in-person product sampling events, and one-off / pop-up special events, including handling pre-event preparation, setting up, running the event, and reporting (approx 70% of your focus)
• Support store level relationships and management through store visits and ‘quality’ checks. We guarantee our Berries are always fresh, consistent in size and flavor, and perfect in shape - so maintaining a premium presence at retail is crucial to our success. (20% of focus)
• Providing local market knowledge, ideas and insights into the market and its consumers that will assist in the development of new strategies, tactics and retail best practices. (5% of focus)
• Delivering Berries to VIPs & influencers (5% of focus - but can vary based on market maturity).

What we look for in a Brand Ambassador:

• You must be authorized to work in the US.
• This is a Part Time role, and your hours and schedule will vary from week to week. Typically, shifts will take place on weekdays between 3pm-8pm and on weekends between 10am-9pm. Holiday availability is also expected. This is a Part Time role with 25 hours being the average hours of expected work. Schedules are released 2 weeks in advance. 
• Prior brand ambassador or customer service experience is preferred but not required. If you have all of the ingredients to make a great ambassador, we’d love to meet you! 
• Valid driver’s license is required. You must have a reliable form of transportation, ideally your own vehicle that you can use to get to/from shift locations, which could be 5-40 miles from where you live (mileage and toll expenses are provided for longer distances).
• You are outgoing, personable, enjoy meeting new people, and want to gain experience in field marketing and retail strategies.
• You are proactive, self-sufficient, and enjoy an ever-changing work environment (as a BA, you’ll be working in many different locations). 
• You are a ‘Foodie’ and interested in the future of agriculture and technology.
• You are an excellent, responsive communicator and proactive in providing feedback and problem solving.
