We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Brand Ambassadors for 88 Acres Foods, a nutrition-focused, seed-based snack company, headquartered in the Boston area. As a Brand Ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to conduct retail sampling events in grocery stores, educating customers and selling them our nutritious snacks, and promoting the 88 Acres Brand story. This role presents an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a growing consumer product goods company, sales, marketing, and customer engagement while making a positive impact on the health and wellness of consumers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be a brand advocate; embody the values and mission of 88 Acres Foods, acting as a knowledgeable and passionate ambassador for our brand at all times.
• Execute engaging sampling events at grocery stores to introduce customers to 88 Acres Foods' nutritious snack products
• Drive sales at sampling events by encouraging customers to try samples, and provide recommendations based on preferences and dietary needs.
• Educate customers about the unique selling points and advantages of our brand.
• Engage customers during events in a friendly and enthusiastic manner and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
• Gather customer feedback, preferences, and insights during sampling events. Provide detailed reports to the marketing team, offering valuable feedback on customer reactions, competitor activities, and suggestions for improvement.
• Interact with store or event staff, fostering positive relationships between the store and the brand, and ensure our products on shelf are well displayed and fully stocked.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Sales Ability: Confidence in promoting and selling products, with a focus on effectively communicating the value and benefits of our snacks to customers.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills to engage and interact effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Passion for Healthy Eating: Demonstrated interest in nutrition, wellness, and healthy eating choices. Familiarity with allergen considerations and dietary restrictions is a plus.
• Enthusiasm and Energy: Display a positive and outgoing personality, with a genuine passion for promoting healthy snacks and a desire to inspire others to make nutritious food choices.
• Reliable and Responsible: Punctual, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Ability to work independently and efficiently during retail sampling events. Maintain a neat and professional appearance while representing the 88 Acres Foods brand.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as retail sampling events may occur during peak shopping times.
