Medfarms is Hiring a Brand Ambassador Near Boston, MA
Do you have a passion for the cannabis industry? Do you like to teach or educate people on products? MEDfarms is looking for friendly, reliable, and dependable brand ambassadors with Cannabis experience. You will be responsible traveling the area to local businesses to pass out flyers and help promote our stores/products.
Essential Job Function:
· Present, promote and sell MEDfarms unique brand of products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
· Familiarize yourself with the company's mission and goals.
· Identify and expand distribution channels in assigned territory.
· Travel daily to multiple locations to deliver flyers.
· Establish a list of areas to drop off flyer, post flyers or distribute to potential customers and businesses.
· Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective customers.
· Come up with creative ways to increase customers coming in.
· Provide excellent customer service and follow up with prospects regularly.
· Set up promotional events/demos with dispensaries to increase brand-awareness.
· Attend trade shows and retail events as needed.
· Maintain a social media account with creative posts.
· Maintain daily/monthly communication records and reports.
· Maintain brand integrity.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
· Ability to multi-task and establish priority of work.
· Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to understand items or activities that require timely follow-up and communication.
· Must have good written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels at the site.
· Coachable
· Self-Motivated and results-driven executor.
· Excellent leadership abilities
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Reliable Transportation - *Travel is required daily*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
