Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and passionate Freelance Skin Care Brand Ambassador to represent a luxurious high-end Skin Care company in the Boston area. As a result-driven retail Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for all sales activities, from generating leads to closing sales, while providing exceptional customer service and strengthening brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance the Client Experience:
• Greet and welcome clients throughout all areas of the store with warmth and professionalism.
• Connect with clients in a friendly and meaningful manner, providing expert advice and knowledge.
• Make each client interaction personalized and seamless, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize selling tools and store technology effectively to boost sales across all channels.
• Boost Sales Through Omni Channel and Out-of-Home Base Selling:
• Educate both clients and yourself on merchandise, events, promotions, and services.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to recommend suitable products.
• Take an omnitude approach to identify and recommend merchandise, achieving personal sales goals.
• Promote the benefits of loyalty programs and open new accounts to drive sales.
• Cultivate and Grow Client Base:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized connections.
• Strategize and take initiative to increase individual productivity through out-of-home base selling.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and expand the business.
• Champion Operational Excellence:
• Assist in operational tasks to maintain a clean and organized selling floor.
• Ensure audit compliance and contribute to operational efficiency.
• Contribute to Team Success:
• Partner with colleagues to provide the best client experience.
• Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or beauty industry preferred.
• Passion for skincare and beauty products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
