IT Support Technician
$49,959.00 - $70,595.00The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) whose mission is to enhance the fiscal and financial stability, accountability and integrity of the Government of the District of Columbia is in search of a IT Support Technician. This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of the Chief Information Officer, Office of Lottery and Gaming. The incumbent is responsible for performing the draw break operations, monitoring the systems performance during the balancing of the Lottery's Internal Control System and assisting with IT support.Duties include, but are not limited to:
- verifying that lottery games are closed
- updating the website, phone line and e-mail with winning numbers
- balancing sales and liabilities with the gaming system and printing
- assisting with installing, modifying, and repairing computer software, and setting up computer peripherals for users
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
