The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) whose mission is to enhance the fiscal and financial stability, accountability and integrity of the Government of the District of Columbia is in search of a IT Support Technician.
This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of the Chief Information Officer, Office of Lottery and Gaming.
The incumbent is responsible for performing the draw break operations, monitoring the systems performance during the balancing of the Lottery's Internal Control System and assisting with IT support.
Duties include, but are not limited to :
basic PC operations knowledge, and the ability to assist with conduct analysis and validate system data to ensure accuracy.
All applicants must be flexible as the position requires providing support in a 16X7 shift work environment. This position is categorized as Essential.
