Offer Accept is seeking an experienced accounts payable clerk for a growing home products company in North Miami
Qualifications for Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Two year college or some college preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and other relevant programs.
- Ability to generate reports and business correspondence.
- Strong knowledge of AP process, matching batching
- Strong analytical knowledge and or experience
Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Review and process invoices promptly and accurately.
- Verify accuracy, coding, and appropriate approvals for payment.
- Prepare and disburse payments through checks, wire transfers, or ACH transactions.
- Process and oversee employee expense reimbursements.
- Generate reports for expense reporting and compliance.
- Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment details.
