Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns. This position ensures that the delivered campaigns meet the operational needs of the business by driving brand awareness and customer engagement. The Marketing Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. Established history of producing campaigns, driving results, team collaboration and contribution to developing impactful B2B strategies.

Please note to be considered for this opportunity you MUST have B2B marketing experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or with an organization that produces physical product.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that are effective in driving growth, improve customer’s perceptions and address specific customer segments communicating deliverables through a brief.
• Plan/execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to the marketing plan aligned to development of messaging and asset creation by vehicle/channels, and generate leads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform decision-making.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field developing and managing marketing strategies
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use computers and technology for information, and to access information necessary to complete the job.

• Remote: While this position does not currently require relocation, candidates within a radius of our physical locations, including, but not be limited to Boca Raton, Itasca, and Austin, will be required to work in the office a minimum of two days a week beginning in July 2024.
