Ocean 10 Security is looking for someone who is a self-starter, problem solver, and has an aptitude for both installing equipment and IT solutions. We manufacture and manage a fleet of proprietary surveillance systems for Military, Police, and government entities across the United States. Our goal is to reduce crime and make communities safer. Ocean 10 Security is an established Asheville, NC startup that has grown to a medium sized team.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage local technicians
• Travel on-site via company truck or plane, solo or with other members of the installation team to install equipment, retrofit, or perform maintenance.
• Diagnose electrical and tech related issues.
• Manage your own travel and installation schedules.
• Planning and creating infrastructures for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with IP Surveillance Camera technology.
• Basic IT environment knowledge consisting of routers, POE, telecommunications, data storage, network, and systems administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
• Ability to think outside the box with technology and problem solving in the field.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, stand on ladders, operate machinery (tow behind lifts), and access attics.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
