Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for residents
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong front desk and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
