What You’ll Do Oaklawn has a great opportunity in health care administration. The Divisional Support Specialist will provide administrative support to executive level staff. Calendar management, meeting set-up and follow-up, minute-taking, and assistance with project management. Strong organizational and communication skills are a great asset in this position. The primary office location can be either Elkhart or South Bend. Primary duties description: Provide administrative support for the Chief Clinical Officer and the Vice President of Clinical Services. Duties include:
Schedule maintenance
Meeting set-up, minutes and follow-up items.
Data entry, research
Anticipation of divisional needs
Must have strong writing, communication, spreadsheet and organizational skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Travel to Oaklawn locations.
interact with a variety of professionals including staff, contractors, vendors, referral sources and business partners.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required. BA/BS preferred.
