Job Description:

Marketing Team Leaders are asked to guide our strategic initiatives as we navigate an upcoming phase of growth in 2024. This individual will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to our marketing team, ensuring that our strategies are effectively implemented to meet our organizational goals. Additionally, this team lead will have the chance to engage in hands-on experiences, including travel to any of our 7 locations as part of our marketing activities, and learn how to operate in cross functional projects.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in hands-on experiential marketing events, working closely with clients and customers to create memorable brand experiences.
• Lead small teams in the strategic planning and execution of live events, emphasizing effective communication, versatility, and compassion.
• Act as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that all event objectives are met with excellence and professionalism.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals to deliver customized marketing solutions that drive results.
• Stay agile and adaptable in a dynamic work environment, proactively addressing challenges and seizing opportunities for growth and innovation.
