O’Reilly, Talbot & Okun (OTO) is seeking to grow our team with a Project Manager for this hybrid position based out of our Springfield, MA office. Candidate will join our environmental team in OTO’s mission of providing responsive, economical, and quality-driven environmental, geotechnical, and industrial hygiene consulting services. Our Team
OTO is a firm small enough to offer personal service and large enough to tackle big jobs. Our firm employs approximately 20 technical staff, with 7 on the Environmental Team. As a team of engineering and scientific professionals we strive to maintain positive, collaborative work relationships by understanding project needs and adapting our practices accordingly. These solid, goal-oriented efforts allow us to continue doing what we do best: use our technical knowledge to reach successful outcomes.

Members of OTO hold a variety of license and certification including but not limited to: Massachusetts Licensed Site Professionals (LSPs), Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professionals (LEPs), registered Professional Engineers (PEs), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Massachusetts Third-Party Landfill Inspector, Massachusetts Soil Evaluator, and Radon Measurement Professionals. We also maintain Massachusetts and Connecticut licenses for asbestos inspectors, project monitors, management planners, and designers.
Your Role
This position allows for a hybrid work schedule with the expectation that you will be available to your team during business hours (M-F 8A-5P) and will communicate your schedule with your team. We expect a Project Manager candidate to adopt our mission and reflect our values while:

OTO offers the following benefits:
Salary is dependent on upon experience and qualifications. A well-qualified candidate may expect a salary between $80,000 and $90,000. A spot bonus will be offered upon passing the licensing examination and becoming an LSP or LEP.
