About the position:
This is no normal HR position, it will be a unique opportunity to transform and build our future. As our People & Culture Leader, you will be at the forefront of a transformation that will redefine our company and the glass industry. Beyond day-to-day HR activities, you'll have a strategic impact, guiding engagement, succession planning, and the onboarding experience. You will play a pivotal role in creating a robust pipeline of talent and furthering the culture of our new Bowling Green team.

Location and Travel:
This position is based onsite in Bowling Green, KY, with an expected travel requirement of up to 10%, including visits to other O-I plants and offices which may require international travel.

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $84,700 and $105,880 USD. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
