We are seeking a Human Resource Manager who resembles our high standard of care for our patients. Our ideal candidate would be friendly, polished and professional. We want this staff member to be comfortable with constant change as our company continues to grow, highly motivated and have exceptional communication skills. It is guaranteed your expertise will be valued as an employee with our team. If you are a quick learner, outgoing and have a positive attitude, this is the job for you! Serving as the Marketing Director’s right hand, you will stay informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while helping strategize and implement marketing, branding and advertising plans.
Job Responsibilities
· Manage staffing for all departments within the company; including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding all new hires.
· Develop training materials, along with performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
· Perform effective coaching and mentorship to all team members.
· Conduct performance and salary compensation analysis yearly.
· Maintain payroll bi-weekly with accurate time in/out for all hourly team members.
· Implement safety program within the company to ensure all patients and team members are compliant.
· Resolve any conflicts within the team members.
· Conduct exit interviews documenting all feedback in accordance to operating procedures.
· Maintain employee personal folders
