Human Resource Manager

Serving as the Marketing Director’s right hand, you will stay informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while helping strategize and implement marketing, branding and advertising plans.

Job Responsibilities

· Manage staffing for all departments within the company; including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding all new hires.

· Develop training materials, along with performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.

· Perform effective coaching and mentorship to all team members.

· Conduct performance and salary compensation analysis yearly.

· Maintain payroll bi-weekly with accurate time in/out for all hourly team members.

· Implement safety program within the company to ensure all patients and team members are compliant.

· Resolve any conflicts within the team members.

· Conduct exit interviews documenting all feedback in accordance to operating procedures.

· Maintain employee personal folders

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in Human Resource or experience is a must!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
