NYC Office Suites is Hiring a Client Service Representative Near New York, NY

NYC Office Suites is a boutique-style provider of flex office solutions to all types of businesses from small operations to Fortune500 companies. We have multiple Midtown Manhattan locations in exclusively Class-A properties.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the commercial real estate / flex office industry.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Client Service Representatives serve as the face of NYC Office Suites but also the face of all of our clientele. You will provide reception / concierge and administrative services to both management and our clientele as well as providing consistent maintenance of all common spaces including (but not limited to) reception areas, lounges, meeting / conference rooms, pantries, and supply storage. There is extensive daily interface with a broad range of clients of various industries.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project a positive, helpful, can-do attitude toward clients, guests, and prospective clients
  • Display excellent deportment
  • Ensure that client needs are handled in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate phone answering system
  • Ensure that conference rooms, show offices, and common areas are consistently presentable
  • Participate in office setups, including but not limited to, furniture arrangement and IT infrastructure
  • Provide clients with administrative support as authorized and directed
  • Provide back-up support for other team members and the sales and management teams
  • Required to regularly stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate articulately and professionally
  • Willingness to promptly attend to client needs and requests
  • Experience with operating office equipment (including fax machines, scanners, printers, computers, and postage meters)
  • One year of direct customer service
  • Undergraduate college degree or undergraduate college experience

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Job Type: Full-time, on-site
  • Wage Range: starting at $22 per hour
  • Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday
