We are seeking two highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Development Interns to join our dynamic Marketing and Customer Service teams for a full-time Summer internship. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a versatile role, as they may be involved in a wide range of tasks that support our overall brand strategy and customer service initiatives. This internship is a 3 month position and requires 30-40 hours per week in office at our Dallas, Texas headquarters.

Responsibilities

- Assist the Marketing and Customer Service teams in the execution of various marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and customer service projects.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance the brand's positioning and market share.

- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including social media content, blog posts, newsletters, and presentations.

- Monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms, promptly addressing their inquiries and feedback.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

- Analyze campaign performance, generating reports and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the company's brand image and customer experience.

- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Strong passion for branding, marketing, and customer service.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn and contribute to the team's success.
