Child & Family Guidance Center seeks to recruit Social Work and Counseling interns each semester to provide clinical opportunities and learning experiences. The number of recruited individuals per semester is based on the needs within each clinic. Participating interns will be assigned to a CFGC clinical location or Safety Net school based on geographic considerations, supervision availability, and need.

Marketing & Development Intern

This position will offer interns a substantive learning experience that will afford them the opportunity to contribute to our work while providing the knowledge, skills, and tools they would like to gain experience in. Interns will report to the Director of Development and Marketing. Some roles and responsibilities include drafting donor appeals via email and social media. Tasks can include but are not limited to: copywriting, writing press releases, creating promotional materials for brand awareness, developing content for the website and social media. Interns will also work within our CRM platform for data entry, Virtuous, to input gifts/contact info, manage donor information, and track data. There are no specific eligibility requirements except for a willingness to learn and work on a team. The internship will be remote.
