We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Suite
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with various clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite and calendar management
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
