Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
- Start tabs/take orders/complete payments using handheld POS
- Create a strong customer service focused experience for the guests
- Clear and wipe down tables after guests leave
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
- Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
- Prior experience as a Server in a restaurant/bar
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Understanding hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
