```Duties```
As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our company through strategic planning and effective business development initiatives. Your main duties will include:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our market presence
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships
- Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Leading the sales team in achieving revenue targets and driving sales growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive project management efforts
- Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
