Graphic Designer - Atlanta, GA

This person will be responsible for the creation of designs according to specifications and improving design tasks, exceptional compensation for design work. The ideal candidate should have original ideas, be open to learning more, create impressive designs, and have a keen eye for detail.

This role will support the design and creative functions for Noy Media Group and its clients in all marketing channels. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a good handle on the latest design trends and responsive web & mobile best practices.

Preferred Experience:

• Possess a solid understanding of design principles, printing procedures, photography, film, and illustration
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Develop and design layouts for social media posts, ads, billboards, e-newsletter graphics, web content/design, flyers/brochures, brand logos, annual reports, etc.
• A self-starter who knows what needs to be done and operates with urgency, focus, and discipline
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal
• Conceptualize, design, and implement creative graphics and content, both print and digital
• Coordinate with the marketing and UX departments to confirm marketing objectives, creative direction, and brand consistency
• Manage design revisions and approval of artwork and information accuracy
• Manage utilization and archive of all project artwork
• Strong team player who can build strong relationships within all levels of the organization
• Experience with Html/CSS a plus

Experience & Education

• Adobe Creative Cloud experience
• Canva expert experience
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Word experience
• Understanding of printing process and specifications
• Creative thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or related course of study
• 2-4 years’ experience in graphic design for a company or agency

Experience:

• Adobe Creative Cloud: 2 years (Preferred)
• Canva: 2 years (Preferred)
• Graphic Design: 2 years (Preferred)
• Video Editing: 2 years (Preferred)
