Graphic Designer

The Opportunity
In this role, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and producing creative and marketing content for our brand, locations, and corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate must have strong creative and organizational skills and be deadline-driven. The objective of this role is to bring the brand to life in new and exciting ways, while operating within Smalls Sliders style guides and brand principles.
Position Responsibilities

• Strategic and creative development for all corporate and restaurant content (PR, event marketing, online/digital, advertising, in-store collateral, menu boards, local restaurant marketing, social media, gift cards, etc.)
• Collaborates with multiple departments and vendors to ensure follow through on all creative deliverables.
• Researches market trends and presents comprehensive recommendations to align with company objectives.
• Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility.
• Works directly with the Marketing Team to create new design concepts and graphics to be used in a physical and digital environment.
• Leads and directs creative graphic design projects from concept to completion.
• Actively participates in and drives the creative process by researching market trends and presenting comprehensive recommendations to align with company objectives.
• Manages multiple projects at once by prioritizing, setting deadlines and coordinating the flow of information internally and/or externally.
• Develops custom graphic packages for unique store locations throughout the US.
• Acquires creative content and stock images from vendors to use as part of store graphic package.
• Identifies and implements cost saving opportunities for any permanent graphics.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.

• Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.
