Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling transactions, and assisting with various store operations. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed

- Assist customers in finding products and making recommendations

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

- Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone

- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus

- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

- Bilingual proficiency in is an asset for serving diverse customers

- Technical sales knowledge to assist customers with troubleshooting or product recommendations
