You will be spending your days building relationships with individuals in the community enlightening them about a career opportunity with a Fortune 100 Company in an entrepreneuial position managing their own business as a financial/wealth management advisor. You will assist in helping each individual create a unique vision for a future career opportunity, sound intriquing?

You will also research resumes, interview candidates, move them through our selection process, network within the community and attend networking events, develop center's of influence, develop referrals into a pipeline that will generate future financial advisors for our firm, attend training and development sessions. YOU will continue to have opportunities to grow personally, professionally and financially.

This position requires creativity, exceptional communication skills and drive to achieve both personal and agency goals as your position is critical to the firm's continued growth.
