**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to patients and medical staff.
**Duties:**
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule patient appointments accurately using medical scheduling systems
- Maintain and update patient medical records with confidentiality and accuracy
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Coordinate communication between patients, medical staff, and insurance companies
- Manage front desk operations efficiently
- Report to front office supervisor
**Skills:**
- Bilingual preferred
- Athena / Nextech preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical records
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and patient care skills
- Ability to navigate administrative systems effectively
- Proficient in operating phone systems
