The Workplace Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting various tasks, projects, and initiatives for the Move Ambassador Program. Responsibilities encompass managing Agile Locker assignments, conducting workspace audits, and providing assistance to Move Ambassadors with move project tasks. The primary objective is to provide comprehensive support to the Move Ambassador team and ensure optimal functionality of customer workspaces. This role requires adaptability to seamlessly transition between tasks, projects, and program requirements through data management systems.
Location: Seattle (South Lake Union, Sodo, Queen Anne), Bellevue, RedmondStarting Hour Rate: $25.24 per hour | Full Range $25.24 - $30.04 per hour
Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule but typically Monday - Sunday between 7:30am-6pm with occasional nights and weekends as needed.
