The Director of HR assumes responsibility for the employee programs at the Agency: recruiting
top talent, development of our current team and HR processes and partnerships. This leader
contributes to the growth of the organization through creating, developing and leading core
processes in support of our growing company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Driver of Leadership/Management/Accountability Principles
•Promotes and preserves the culture by developing and implementing company
initiatives around culture and employee engagement
•Leads a continuous learning environment in professional and personal development:
programs, mentorship, resource management
•Designs, plans and implements human resources programs and policies related to
staffing, benefits and training/onboarding
•Fosters an open, respectful and fair working environment
•Effectively navigates the organization and external partners to leverage resources
•Compelling thought leadership in the HR Department processes, systems and culture
•Assists Leadership in compensation modeling

•(5-8) years proven experience in high growth environments
Accountability Measures:

•Recruiting hiring targets within budget guidelines: sales & service
•Employee onboarding survey results
•Employee Engagement scores
•Employee turnover targets
Base salary 85k-120k plus EXCELLENT benefits and Great Corporate Culture.
