As an Endoscopy RN, you will provide direct professional nursing care for patients receiving Endoscopy or other Outpatient Procedures by utilizing nursing knowledge and critical thinking skills. Performs technical nursing functions, utilizes the nursing process to assess patient status, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care. Ensures a therapeutic and safe environment for patients and families within the guidelines and policies of the department and the philosophy of the organization. This position provides age-specific and developmentally appropriate care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

This position will train to support Endoscopy and Same Day Surgery. 

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in MN
• Two years recent hospital-based nursing experience
• Prefer one year RN experience in Endoscopy procedures with sedation
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or willingness to obtain within 6 mo. of start date (company paid)

Schedule:

• 64hrs/2wks
• Shift starts between 5:30am and 9:00am and typically ends between 2:00pm and 5:30pm
• Scheduled various days, Monday-Friday
• This position will train to support Endoscopy and Same Day Surgery
