Position Summary

The Clinic Lead RN acts in assigned clinical areas as an extended resource to the Clinic Operations Nurse Manager, as well as the department employees and providers. The Clinic Lead RN possesses specific department knowledge for his/her responsible clinics and must be able to execute the day-to-day workflows as communicated by the Clinic Operations Nurse Manager. It is expected that the clinic lead RN’s daily work will encompass both lead and direct patient care responsibilities. The objective is to assist the department in achieving efficient work flow processes, high quality clinical outcomes, and exemplary patient experiences.

This position supports our Kenyon and Faribault Clinics. 
Selection Criteria:

• Current RN license in the State of Minnesota
• Three years clinical experience
• Previous Supervisory experience preferred
• Prefer experience in urgent care, phone triage or ambulatory care
• BLS Certification, or willingness to obtain within 6 months, company paid
• Valid Driver's License

Schedule:

• 64hrs/2wks
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm
• This schedule will be divided between our Kenyon and Faribault Clinics
